Marjorie K. Warden, M.D., F.A.A.O., is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a
member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She is on the staff at St. Agnes Hospital
and the Snowden River Surgery Center. Her specialties include cataract surgery as well as surgery to
correct astigmatism and presbyopia, glaucoma surgery, laser surgery for diabetic eye disease and glaucoma,
and surgery of the eyelids. She has performed laser vision correction, and is able to evaluate and care for
laser vision candidates.
Dr. Warden graduated from the Univeristy of Maryland with a B.S. in Microbiology in 1986. She received her
medical degree from the Univeristy of Maryland School of Medicine in 1991. She served her internship at
Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore and completed her Ophthalmology Residency training at the University of
Maryland School of Medicine. She served as Chief Resident from 1994-1995, and has been in practice since 1995.
She welcomes patients of all ages for comprehensive eye care.
Dr. Warden resides in Howard County with her husband and daughter, where she has lived since 1989.
